We take pride in producing topographic maps of great detail and clarity, which allows for better land use planning by our fellow professionals such as engineers, architects and arborists. We are experts in surface modelling and can provide surface files in Revit and Civil 3d.

Matt Onderwater BCLS CLS
Matt is experienced in a wide range of projects that include Lidar aerial surveys, Crown Land Surveys, resort development, strata developments, challenging topographic surveys, large subdivisions and new building construction.
Connie Procyshyn BCLS
Connie comes from a family of land surveyors and is the first 3rd generation BCLS in our association's history. Connie brings a can-do attitude and attention to detail to all her projects. Connie received her commission as professional Land Surveyor (#1000) in 2019.
Carrie Quesnelle Office Manager
Carrie is the pleasant voice that answers the phone when you contact us. She has been with Onderwater since 2004, and since that time has ingrained herself into the company to the point that we would be lost without her!
Bob Huttema B.Sc. B.Ed Project Manager
Born and raised in Chilliwack Bob joined OLS over 10 years ago and has acquired a wealth of field experience which he now brings into his role as a project and field crew manager. Bob's patience, experience and intelligence are traits that serve our clients very well.
